  3. I'm trying to access a script in a subdirectory but I get a 403 error message.
  4. Modsecurity is turned off in my Cpanel.
  5. Does this have to do with .htaccess?

  15. We have resolved the issue. It has been caused by the fact that the folder in question had the permissions set to 750, which disallowed any external access. We have set them to 755, and the script is accessible now.

  29. I had no idea the folder permissions were wrong.
  30. I actually used the cpanel file manager to zip the files and unzip them.
